Manganelli Immobiliare is an estate agency in Agropoli handling sales and rentals across Cilento, with more than two hundred properties on the books. People looking for a home do not browse a list: they filter. The site is built around that.

The constraint that shaped the project

Two hundred properties are too many to look through and too few for a loose search to return anything useful. A buyer has precise constraints in mind — a town, a budget, a number of bedrooms — and the site's job is to apply them all at once, returning ten relevant results instead of two hundred sorted by date.

How it works

• Search by type, town, bedrooms, floor area and budget, all combinable.
• Dedicated sections for flats, villas, historic buildings, commercial premises, land, garages and ruins: categories that in Cilento are not interchangeable.
• Property pages with a photo gallery, a map and surface area figures.
• Enquiries from the form on the property page or straight through WhatsApp.
• Sales and rentals separated from the first screen, because they are two audiences that do not overlap.

The part you do not see

The contact form sits next to the listing photos and arrives pre-filled with the property name: the enquiry starts from the page that produced it, without making the sender copy the address into a generic contact page. It is a detail that changes two things at once — how many enquiries arrive, because writing costs less effort, and how much they are worth, because the agency knows immediately which property is meant instead of having to ask.
